This Legal Notice applies to shopaureus.com (the “Site”), operated by Aureus (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms set out below, in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

All content on this Site — including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and images — is provided for general informational and commercial purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or the products, services, or related content contained on it.

2. Product Sourcing & Fulfillment Disclosure

Aureus works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, some of whom may be located outside of Canada, to source and ship products directly to customers. As a result:

  • Delivery times may be longer than with traditional retailers, particularly for international shipments. See our Shipping Policy [LINK] for current estimates.

  • Product packaging may differ from images shown on the Site and may not include branded Aureus packaging.

  • Product photos are for illustrative purposes; actual colour, size, and packaging may vary slightly due to supplier stock, manufacturing batches, or photography/display differences.

We disclose this so you can make an informed purchase decision. This does not reduce your rights under our Refund Policy [LINK] or applicable consumer protection law.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice

The Aureus name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of Aureus. All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation with Aureus.

All original content on this Site (excluding third-party supplier images and manufacturer trademarks) may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or distributed without our prior written consent.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel or adjust any order affected by such an error. In the event of a cancellation due to a pricing error, you will be notified and fully refunded for that order.
